Our Platform is designed for people in human-facing work - including but not limited to nurses, teachers, carers, social workers, allied health professionals, and counsellors - seeking personal and professional growth. By using our Platform, you confirm that:
You are accessing the Platform for legitimate personal or professional development purposes
You will provide accurate information when creating your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
Our courses are not currently available to residents of the United Kingdom or European Union. We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or cancel access to our Platform, and to decline or cancel any purchase, where we identify that a user is accessing our Platform from a region in which our courses are not currently offered.
3. Courses and Content
3.1 Nature of Content
Our modules are designed to support personal growth alongside professional development for people in human-facing work. Content draws on psychology, neuroscience, and human experience, and is reviewed periodically to reflect current best practice.
3.2 Course Hours
Each module is designed to provide approximately 2 hours of engagement. Allocated hours are based on the estimated time required to engage with the module content, including embedded questions and prompts throughout. If you intend to use a module toward continuing professional development (CPD) requirements with a professional body, it is your responsibility to ensure that our modules meet your specific regulatory or organisational requirements.

The content provided on Just Humanly is for personal and professional growth purposes only. It is educational in nature and does not constitute medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic, or clinical advice. To access our courses, you must create an account on our Platform. You agree to:

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
5. Pricing and Payment
Course prices are displayed on our Platform and may be shown in different currencies depending on your location. Prices may include applicable sales tax, GST, or VAT where required by law in your jurisdiction. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. By making a purchase, you authorise us to charge the payment method provided for the applicable course fees.
Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated via our Platform and will not affect purchases already completed.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund policy on all course purchases, subject to the following conditions:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the date of purchase
A full refund will be issued if the course has not been commenced (i.e., no lessons have been accessed)
No refund will be issued once a course has been commenced except where required under applicable consumer law
Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] with your name, order details, and reason for request
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. This refund policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our Platform, including but not limited to course materials, text, audio scripts, video content, Field Notes PDFs, branding, and design, is the intellectual property of Just Humanly and is protected by copyright law.
By purchasing a course, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the course content for your own personal and professional development purposes. You may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share course content with third parties
Use course content for commercial purposes
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our content
Share your account login details to allow others to access content you have purchased
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Just Humanly and its operators exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of our Platform or content, including but not limited to:
